Special Measures to address Covid 19
Because we know you will enjoy your adventure more if you don’t have to worry about safety measures, we go above and beyond for all our guests.
Masks: All passengers and our driver are required to wear masks for the duration of the trip while in the vehicle, as well as during boarding and unloading.
Sanitizer: We provide hand sanitizer, and ask that you sanitize your hands when entering and exiting the bus.
Temperature check: We will check your temperature prior to boarding. Anyone with a temperature in excess of 38 degrees C will be denied boarding and will be offered the opportunity to re-book at another time.
Social distancing when loading/unloading: As required by current B.C. Covid-19 protocols, we remind you to maintain social distancing (two meters between you and others who are not part of your household) while awaiting pick up, boarding and exiting the bus.
At Into The Wild we go the extra mile! With that mind, here are the additional measures we take with your safety as our main concern!
Smaller group sizes: We have adjusted the maximum group size for our buses to allow for social distancing while on board.
Sanitizing buses: We sanitize the bus before and after each trip.
Opening windows when possible: In order to enhance air circulation, we will open our windows whenever possible.
Assigned seats: You will be assigned a seat for each day as a further step to reduce cross contamination.

In the summer we are offering Mystery tours that will take you to some of the more remote, less populated areas to explore.

We can customize a tour for your family or household group to make your adventure truly your own.
2) Smaller group sizes: We have reduced our group sizes to ensure social distancing can be maintained, and as an added bonus you will get extra space to stretch out! Whenever possible we will accommodate groups of one household or “bubble” as appropriate.
3. Private rooms at reduced rates: We are working with our accommodation partners to offer you a reduced rate for private rooms for single travelers.
4. Cancellations due to illness: Please advise us as far in advance as possible if you need to cancel due to illness, and we will offer you an alternate date at the same rate when you are well again. Our cancellation policy for the Buzz Bus and single day tours is 24 hours, and for our multi-day tours we require 7 days for a full refund. If you need to cancel on short notice for these tours due to illness, we will discuss options with you.
5. Communication post trip: We want to do our part to keep everyone safe. Should you develop symptoms of Covid 19 and/or test positive, please let us know so that we can work with the appropriate health professionals as early as possible.
